Smooth completion of house on time

We have booked a new house this year.

In past few days on the internet, I have read about complaints about the delay from the same builder on older projects. Hence I am getting worried.

It’s a huge investment for us and don’t want to face any problem in construction completion or handover of the house.

Kindly help us with switch words for smooth completion of the house and handover.

Write daily in a notebook “GORSE, CHERRYPLUM, IMPATIENS” for 51 times.

Daily in the morning thank the builder for handing over the flat in time.

Chant “KAALAM NAMAAM YA HAM” as many times as possible.
