Please suggest remedy for smooth functioning of our factory facing machinery breakdown, lazy and conniving workers, and frequent disruption of production and quality problems.

And to make it worse disagreement and ego clash between father and son.

Chant “WATER VIOLET, HOLLY, HORN BEAM, GENTIAN, STAR OF BETHLEHEM” over a cup of water and sprinkle in the factory.

Or write the name of the factory in a piece of paper, keep it in hand and chant the same.
