Should I try for another job

As suggested by you, I have chanted various switch words and finally I got an offer and I joined as an officer in one of the universities.

Cost of living is high and salary is not as expected. My family is in Hyderabad and I am staying very far from Hyderabad.

This year, I have not shifted my family as no facilities are available here. I am alone here. Comforts are not available.

One person joined through reference as an officer. Even my papers he wants to sign. He wants to be in the top.

Please let me know whether I should try for another job for salary, position, family bonding etc.
