Trying hard to get a job abroad

I am stuck in a low salary job now. I have two daughters, wife and parents to take care of. However, this salary will not be sufficient.

Tried hard to get a job abroad from last 10 years, but nothing is coming in my favor. Please tell me a way to find a better salaried job and get rid of my financial crisis.
