Getting the required service

Sadhana

One person has taken money but he is not providing the service for which he has taken the money. 

He is not returning back the money and does not respond to our calls also.

It’s going on since 3 months. Now, we have lost our patience. Kindly suggest me on how to handle this situation.

Do the forgiving exercise.
